Here is a view of the May 2012 Super Moon phenomenon – the full moon happens to occur at the same time as it is at its closest approach to the earth, and with a meteor shower and on Cinco De Mayo. You can see the date and time change at the bottom of the video. Enjoy. This view is of the earth, top-down, looking onto the Arctic. The software used is Solarsystemscope. Astrologically, I think it will be a beautiful Moon, but due to its conjunction geocentrically with Saturn, it may not be a joy bringer. Now, next month will bring us a solar eclipse and the full moon will be with Rahu, the head of the dragon. Both will be debilitated and rising in the US. That, I am not looking forward to. Sorry to be a downer. Go ahead and enjoy the Moon with its conjunction with Saturn this weekend. Contemplate the vastness of Shiva, the depth of ancient lessons, the truth of eternity.
