The way this one works is that:
a) you have to be an existing client,
b) you contact Renay through written form with your single question (only one per week),
c) she researches the answer, composes a response, types it out, and
d) tells you how many minutes step c took.
e) You then pay for that many minutes here at $1.80 per minute.
f) Upon receipt of payment, Renay emails you the response.
